I’m ending this year so grateful. Last year at this time, I had just finished shooting my first wedding and wasn’t really sure if I’d be shooting any more. However, somehow I find myself marking a successful first year in business. I’ve met so many beautiful couples and families over the past year and I cannot begin to articulate my gratitude for their trust in me. Today, my excitement for 2018 is overflowing. Honestly, my heart is so happy when I’m doing this work and serving my clients.

I’m a big fan of reflection and year wraps-ups. When I blogged, I used to do them for myself. So, why not for M. Muncy Studios? I went back through every photo session of this year to find and share “the best of 2017” photos with you. Some you’ve seen before, others have only graced my computer and that of those in the photo. These are some of my favorites from the sessions I’ve had. I tried to be selective, but know that I almost always overdeliver and almost always have so many favorites.

I’m resting in these last few days of 2017, but with full anticipation for the new year. My heart is overflowing with the thoughts of my 14 couples I’m working with next year (thus far!).
