Everyone loves a fall family session, and this fall Maybury State Park family session is so adorable! This family of five was so fun to work with. I really enjoyed playing around with them on this unseasonably warm late fall day.

The colors at Maybury State Park are usually extremely good and last quite a long time. This session was in November. I always recommend a fall Maybury State Park family session to those who book in October or November as usually the colors are good and the long, tall grasses are uncut.

What makes Maybury State Park ideal for a family session? It requires very little walking from the parking lot to the best spots! This makes it ideal for families. It may not be super close to those on the east side, but it’s worth the drive in my opinion. I always recommend it first because it’s so beautiful.
