When the sun comes out to play, you know you’re in for just the most gorgeous fall Rochester MI engagement session! When Madelyn reached out to me about her fall 2024 wedding, I was so excited, not only because it sounded like she was planning an event like I’ve never done before, but also because I’ve never had a Madelyn for a wedding client!

Madelyn and Peter are high school sweethearts and are just so sweet and down to earth. I adored working with them on this fall Rochester MI engagement session at Stony Creek Metropark. Stony Creek Metropark is super popular in all seasons – especially in fall – so I like to use a different spot in the park for those busy times so we avoid running into a million other photographers. Luckily Madelyn and Peter were down for anything!

We ended our fall Rochester MI engagement session at the beach with the prettiest sunset. If there’s time I always love to stop on the way out and get a few photos in front of the water.
