Sabrina had the most amazing vision for her spring Ford House engagement session – an estate setting with a classic car and elegant, chic outfits. I absolutely loved being a part of this engagement session – Sabrina and Brad were great in front of the camera and so much fun!
The Edsel and Eleanor Ford House is one of my favorite spots in Metro Detroit for engagement photos. Not only is the estate for a spring Ford house engagement session absolutely stunning – think water, willows, gardens, and beautiful stonework, but also the experience is awesome for both clients and photographers! They don’t overbook sessions and a staff member will travel around with you on a golf cart, making it easy to go between the best spots of the property. You truly feel like you have the place mostly to yourselves, which is amazing!
Sabrina and Brad met like many couples do nowadays – online – and found themselves knowing each other was the one pretty quickly (when you know, you know!). Sabrina was the bridesmaid and cousin in a 2021 wedding of mine, which is how we connected. (And if you want to see Sabrina and Brad’s beautiful wedding, it’s here).
The rose garden at the Ford House was under construction, but there was still MANY other places to focus on – including the house, the waterline, and the willow trees. We used the front and back of the home, as well as the waterfront for our photos. Our final stop was at the entry gates (also under construction but with the right angles, you can’t tell!). The weather was PERFECT and the sun showed off as we wrapped up.
We love a couple who can be fun, flirty, and chic all in one, and that is Brad and Sabrina.
