Summer Rochester MI Engagement Session

I always feel so grateful to be referred to others by my clients. It means so much to me that you would tell others about me. But it means even more when a former bride’s sister reaches out about her own wedding! Julia is the youngest of three sisters and the last to get married in a one-two-three year wedding extravaganza. I met her and David at their summer Rochester MI engagement session and we had such a blast having Stony Creek all to ourselves on a weekday!

These two are high school sweethearts and are so ready to tie the knot this August! I am very much obsessed with both of their looks in this session and how the yellow florals in the fields played off of their outfits. They took my advice and we used a different part of the park than is popular, and I’m so glad. In addition, even though it was cloudy, it didn’t matter. I know everyone LOVES the golden hour photos but actually clouds make your skin look amazing and provide such lovely even lighting that the colors in your photos just pop more.

Can’t wait for their wedding!
