Where can I begin with Trevor and Kevin’s The Treasury Pontiac wedding? I kicked off my 2024 season with them and I truly wouldn’t have had it any other way. I had so much fun with them all day long – but especially during the last hour of their dance party!

But let’s back up before The Treasury Pontiac wedding – Trevor’s sister-in-law is my photo friend, Anna, who is wonderful. She referred me to the and I was beyond honored to be their wedding photographer. It was my first time working at The Treasury in Pontiac, which is a historic venue, so you know it’s my jam. The best part of the venue (other than the ceiling!) is possibly that you get to go down to the vault and take photos there.

These two, who are both doctors finishing up their training, are just adorable and so much fun to be around. The best part was their insistence that everyone have a good time and I think that it actually happened! The last hour of their wedding was what Trevor called “an emo dance party” which really meant that they played punk rock and emo songs of the early 2000s so every millennial in the house (and there were MANY) was on the dance floor. The grooms even put on some eyeliner to complete the vibe.

I had so much fun at this The Treasury Pontiac wedding and hope to one day return to this beautiful venue!
