It’s taken me forever to share this wedding day but I couldn’t NOT share Mike and Kirstin’s Waldenwoods Lodge wedding. First of all, these two got the most perfect weather day for their wedding! Literally I don’t think you could have asked for a more beautiful day to get married.

The charm of a Waldenwoods Lodge wedding is that everything is right on the property – including the getting ready areas. It’s very lodge-chic if that makes sense. I’ve worked at Waldenwoods before, but I was so excited to be asked back by Mike and Kirstin.

Things I love about Mike and Kirstin – everything! These two are so much fun to be around and made my job so easy! They are two of the sweetest clients I’ve ever had in front of my camera and I enjoyed every minute of their wedding day! We laughed a lot — just like their engagement session!

And you wouldn’t know it but they didn’t do a first look on their wedding day – and we still got incredible photos because they fully trusted me day of, which I’m grateful for.

This Waldenwoods Lodge wedding had the most beautiful florals. They were perfect for early summer – the perfect tones and flowers that complimented the venue.
