We love a beach session and this Lake St. Clair family session was the perfect August beach day – not too hot and completely empty for this cute little family!

When Bridgette reached out about family photos, she said she really wanted a beach setting and I was so excited – most families don’t opt for the beach. I think the beach is actually perfect for small children since it gives them something to do – to run, play, jump around, etc. It makes for really playful, fun images.
